El editor de la revista, Paul, escribió esto en la primera página, muy alentador:

"30 Seconds To Mars have had a pretty rough ride in this magazine. When I met Jared Leto at Download back in June he told me that the band's fans - as hardcore and dedicated a bunch as you could ever hope to meet - had been making up 'Fuck Kerrang!' badges. And there are still writers on this magazine who "despise" the band. But there are also plenty of us who've been totally won over by Leto's band, their incredible work ethic, mesmerising live shows and epic songs. And so we're proud to give the band their first ever UK magazine cover. 30 Seconds To Mars are not like other bands, as you'll read in Nichola Browne's brilliant cover story, and you might just fall in love with them one of these days...."
